How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery in Romania is free for orders over 50 Euro (approximately 250 lei).
- International deliveries are free for orders over 300 Euro (approximately 1500 lei).
- For orders below this threshold, the delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page.
How is the delivery made?
Delivery in Romania is done by express courier and takes between 2 and 4 working days from the order processing, except in cases where a different delivery period is specified on the product page.
There are exceptional cases (such as the holiday season) when delivery may be delayed due to busy schedules and high volume of orders. If the product cannot be delivered on time, we will notify you without fail and try to find a solution to solve the problem.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Shipping outside Romania has different costs depending on the destination country. The exact cost appears on the checkout page, after filling in the delivery address.
International orders can only be paid online or by bank transfer, with no cash on delivery option.
The costs are valid for the cities in the area covered by the courier in each country.
- We ship via DPD Express Courier in Europe, for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the shipment arrives at its destination in approximately 5 working days (4-5 days for closer countries, 5-6 for more distant ones).
- For all other countries, we deliver via the Romanian Post services.

Product return safety
You can return products purchased online, without citing a specific reason, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. You will receive all the money paid back, including the cost of transport ( If the shipping was paid by the buyer ). Returned products must be in the same condition as received. It’s not mandatory, but we’d like to know the reason for the return so we can do a better job next time.
What do you do to return a product?
You notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at the phone number 0744.520.913 about the decision to return a product. The information we will need for the return is as follows:
- the order number
- your name and address
- We will contact you to determine the day on which you want the package to be picked up for return by the courier.
- Then pack the product in its original packaging or in such a way that it is protected during transport and reaches us safely.
- We refund the return value within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product, to your specified bank account.
- You don’t want to return the product, but something about the order makes you unhappy?
